HONEYS 

Honey’s is a cocktail bar and restaurant with a rooftop farm located within Enlightenment Wines meadery in Brooklyn NY. The meadery, the first of its kind in NYC, develops small batch honey based wines that are dry (not sweet), around 12% alcohol, barrel fermented and released seasonally. Honey’s has been collaborating with Subversive Gardener by hosting our yearly Seed2Table charity dinner which helps raise funds for our many initiatives.
